Worldwide Marketing - Individual Development Plan


This instrument is a career discussion and plan development tool for you and your manager. This discussion, and the plans developed as a result, will help establish where your interests and skills are today, and what training, mentoring and/or experiences are most valuable to help you reach your goals.

The IDP is intended as a detailed road map of steps you and your manager will take to give you the skills that are agree upon. Use this discussion and plan as an important career development tool. While there will be discussions around this instrument that regard your strengths and weaknesses, this is not a performance review, but should be visited at least each 6 months.

Fill out the IDP as completely as possible. A copy of your answers will be emailed to you and your manager. Your manager will then schedule a one-to-one meeting to review your development plan and to help you complete Section IV.
